Bounce Back!!
Well I'm sure everyone saw the nightmare on MNF last week. Believe me, it was even more horrible to play in. But as important as it was with any dark moment, we learned from it and bounced back with a win against Kansas City at Arrowhead on Sunday. We especially had a chip on our shoulder in the back end as well as our front seven. And the offense definitely had the same as they amassed 300 yards rushing with our two young bucks leading the way! Now it's on to Buffalo for another must-win so we can stay afloat in this AFC West race. Last week was probably one of the toughest weeks I've ever had after a game. Losing a game is one thing but to play the way we did is what causes lots of sleepless nights. And with all the added stress from Hurricane Ike didn't make things easier. I'm happy my family is okay and I hope all is well for anyone else that was caught in the middle of the storm. It really puts things in perspective on what's important in life. But luckily it was a rather short week as we were able to get back to business before it drove me literally insane. So I just want to say have "no fear" Black Hole, we not gone let the nation down!! I know it's been awhile since I've posted so why don't ya''ll let me know what's been new in the outside world....

RUN DMC looked for real.
The D held them under 200 total.
Russell with 55 passing scares me... Gotta get more yards out of the passing game... Good win, good win, good win..

However, out of curiosity and for no particular reason, how do you think the loss of Coach Kiffin would affect the team?

"The Buffalo Bills may be two and O to start the season but have faced off against teams crippled with key injuries.
In week one against Seattle, the Bills won against a Seahawk team missing 4 of its starting receivers (Deion Branch, Bobby Engram, Ben Obomanu and Nate Burleson) and one of its starting running backs (Maurice Morris left with a knee injury.)
The next week it faced a Jags team that lost the entire core of its offensive line.
Center Brad Meester and right guard Maurice Williams had biceps injuries and left guard Vincent Manuwai tore 2 ligamnets in his right knee in the second half of the Bills match up.
Buffalo's D had a field day sacking QB David Garard 7 times, snagging 2 picks and forcing a fumble, but remeber, against Jacksonville's depleted O line.
Oakland isn't exactly full strength either, RBs Justin Fargas is out with a groin injury, rookie Darren McFadden with a turf toe and WR Javon Walker is still nursing a hammy, but compared to the offenses the Bills have faced so far this year, the Raiders may present more of a challenge than some realize, but they will have to be wary of Buffalos fine special teams play."
Tell Morrison to mind his gaps, watch the cut back and not to over commit! When he plays the run well, we win.
Stanford "Jump the" Routt.
Get us a game changing pick Stan!~

Tell Hall he's muuuch better right up on the line. I know he wants to try and jump one for the pick six, but man, this is starting to hurt!
Take care of yourself and much love to you and yours. Go Raiders!~
R8RRESURGE said September 29, 2008
Bet the extra week off will help you heal.
Might need you more if Nnamdi's fracture nags him.
All things aside, announcer Phil Simms had it right praising the Raiders for their improvements this year.
Much better team and your part of that with the Defensive side of the ball. Way to go Stan! we as fans really appreciate the hard work and dedication.
Heal up and come back stronger than ever.
People may try to bash on J Marc, but it was like his what FIFTH start? Pocket pressence needs work but the speed of defenders can only be gauged in REAL TIME and that means under fire during games. He's made remarkable strides considering he came out a Junior.
Now if we can get Walker involved more than just the 1st quarter.
Chris Johnson made some plays in your absence, that was sweet, but he's no Stan!
Relax, heal and we'll see you after the bye.
Peace and love Stan!

Some days are better than others.
Being ill helps you focus on the here and now and blow off some minor stuff. Lifes too short for dwelling on bad things and might have beens.
Keep up the good fight, enjoy the week!
You too Stan!
